🎯 What You'll Do
- Triage and resolve inquiries via ticketing system, phone, and live chat.
- Write and maintain product documentation and FAQs.
- Replicate and document product issues for Engineering teams.
- Act as a bridge between customers and development team.
📋 Requirements
- 0-2 years in technical support environment.
- Proven ability to identify and describe technical issues.
- Strong prioritization skills and self-direction.
- Associate's degree or higher in a tech-related field.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with software testing or QA.
- Background in video production or editing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS.
