You'll triage and resolve technical inquiries as Customer Support Analyst I for Panopto, a leader in video-based learning. You'll own front-line support, build the knowledge base, and advocate for users. This role offers opportunities to contribute to core initiatives while elevating your craft.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Triage and resolve inquiries via ticketing system, phone, and live chat.
  • Write and maintain product documentation and FAQs.
  • Replicate and document product issues for Engineering teams.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and development team.

📋 Requirements

  • 0-2 years in technical support environment.
  • Proven ability to identify and describe technical issues.
  • Strong prioritization skills and self-direction.
  • Associate's degree or higher in a tech-related field.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with software testing or QA.
  • Background in video production or editing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS.
