💼 About This Role

You'll be a core technical contributor on the Global Accounting Technology team, delivering high-quality ABAP solutions for mission-critical financial operations. You'll independently own end-to-end development across multiple SAP modules, setting quality standards and mentoring junior developers. This role supports Coupang's transformation from legacy SAP to S/4HANA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full lifecycle development for assigned SAP workstreams
• Define and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Independently resolve production incidents with root cause analysis

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of SAP ABAP development experience with end-to-end delivery
• Independent ownership of 2+ SAP modules (FI/CO/MM/SD)
• Production incident response and RCA experience

✨ Nice to Have

• S/4HANA migration experience
• CDS Views and ABAP for HANA knowledge
• Experience in e-commerce or high-volume environments
