  • Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Interface with customers on platform issues including compliance and HR
  • Work through creative solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Manage queue of open issues for timely resolution

  • 5 years minimum professional experience in customer service
  • Preferably in B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts
