Requirements

  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Expertise in digital media: Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, paid social
  • Advanced knowledge of offline media buying: OOH, TV, radio, regional and national
  • Experience with analytics and BI tools: Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Power BI
  • Budget management, pricing, and account profitability control

Responsibilities

  • Lead media strategy design and validation, ensuring alignment with business goals and market analysis
  • Define planning, operation, and measurement frameworks for multi-channel campaigns
  • Promote data-driven decision-making, connecting performance to business insights
  • Manage relationships with major platforms, technology partners, and data providers
  • Develop team career plans, training, and retention programs
