You'll serve as a strategic HR leader and trusted advisor to senior executives across multiple regions and business units. You'll shape and execute people strategies that enable business growth and organizational effectiveness. This role operates in a SaaS environment with a multi-entity structure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with senior executives to develop HR strategies aligned to business goals
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and team dynamics
• Drive change management initiatives related to transformation and growth

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with HR business partnership
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth environment
• Experience with M&A, post-acquisition integrations, or global expansion
• Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders through HR strategy

• Experience supporting distributed, remote-first teams
• Background in scaling organizations and building HR infrastructure
• Advanced degree or HR certification (SHRM, SPHR, CIPD)
