You'll own and optimize customer lifecycle marketing strategies for a SaaS platform, focusing on engagement, retention, and expansion. You'll design data-driven programs from onboarding to advocacy, working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams. This mission-driven role blends strategic lifecycle thinking with hands-on execution across automation, analytics, and customer communication.

- Own lifecycle marketing strategies for engagement, retention, and expansion.
- Optimize onboarding communications to accelerate time-to-value.
- Analyze customer behavior data for segmentation and targeted messaging.
- Partner with Customer Success to identify adoption gaps and deliver content.
- Build customer advocacy programs to support referrals and references.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle or customer marketing within SaaS.
- Strong experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Pardot.
- Proven success driving reviews and demand generation through G2 and Capterra.
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo or similar.
