Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• 0-2 years in sourcing and/or procurement
• Attention to detail, organization skills, and time management
• Knowledge of negotiation and contracting process
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and analyzing industry, economic, market, and spend data
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers
• Create and evaluate quotations/bids and recommend suppliers
• Coordinate resolution of accounts payable and delivery issues
