• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of UX design experience for enterprise applications
• Proven ability to create intuitive and scalable UIs
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX work
• Deep knowledge of usability and accessibility standards (WCAG)

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience with design systems
