• Manage, coach, and grow a team of engineers.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in a people leadership role managing engineers.
• Strong background in backend development (Java, Kotlin, Go, or Python).
• Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka).
