Description

As a Senior Security Analyst at Nubank, you will be the guardian of physical integrity and operational continuity in the US, owning the local security landscape to enable safe scaling. You'll lead the lifecycle of security infrastructure, drive expansion for new facilities, ensure operational excellence, and act as a key pillar for investigations, executive protection, and crisis management.

Requirements

• 8+ years hands-on experience in Physical Security managing complex corporate environments
• Practical knowledge in Executive Protection and Crisis Management
• Experience implementing new security technologies and overseeing physical installations
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite and Slack

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure lifecycle (CCTV, Access Control, Alarm systems) to ensure 100% operational readiness
• Manage physical security build-out for new offices and facilities
• Implement global security policies adapted to local regulations, managing third-party providers
• Support investigations, executive protection, and crisis management logistics
• Serve as primary bridge between local teams and Headquarters, facilitating information flow
