💼 About This Role

You'll support expansion of EV Realty's owned real estate portfolio, focusing on acquisition and pre-development of properties for high-powered EV fleet charging. You'll take ownership of market coverage for up to four US markets. This role involves all activities typical of real estate acquisition, plus unique considerations for EV charging infrastructure and power grid access.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and underwrite acquisition opportunities in target infill submarkets.
• Build detailed financial models including DCF, IRR, and development scenarios.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior leadership.
• Support negotiation of LOIs and coordinate due diligence processes.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or real estate-related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions or capital markets.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills with Excel proficiency.
• Experience with infill industrial or EV-related properties a plus.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with power infrastructure or utility processes.
• Experience in EV charging or fleet electrification.
• MBA or advanced degree.
