💼 About This Role

You'll support the development and maintenance of IEM's AutoCAD standards and symbol libraries. Your work will ensure CAD tools enable engineering efficiency and accuracy across the organization. You'll also drive standardization and implement improvements to reduce design time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage IEM's CAD library of symbols, blocks, and templates.
• Create and enforce IEM-wide CAD standards and best practices.
• Develop libraries of standard layouts for repeatable products.
• Train engineers and CAD users on best practices and new tools.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in CAD management or related role.
• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, including dynamic blocks and attributes.
• Proven experience implementing and managing AutoCAD standards across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent experience.

• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical or SolidWorks Electrical.
• Familiarity with process documentation and training program development.
• Experience in electrical or mechanical equipment manufacturing.
