💼 About This Role

You'll lead development of full-stack applications for an early-stage startup building AI-powered labor management for industrial staffing. You'll architect scalable systems and collaborate directly with the CTO to shape the product roadmap and foundational tech platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead frontend and backend application development and mentor engineers.
• Architect core systems for real-time job matching and AI-powered vetting.
• Design scalable web/mobile apps, distributed systems, and APIs.
• Establish best practices for code reusability, performance, and build processes.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in both frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, React/React Native, and Node.js or Python.
• Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, Datadog, and PostgreSQL.
• Background in early-stage engineering teams and ability to thrive in ambiguity.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Familiarity with ML/AI pipelines for worker vetting.
