💼 About This Role

You'll own the product vision for AI-driven patient and provider engagement tools at a digital health platform. You'll lead the transition from traditional communication to AI-enabled interactions, leveraging EHR, third-party app, and engagement data to improve outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the roadmap for Xealth's engagement suite, transitioning to AI-enabled models.
• Identify and bring to market new AI capabilities leveraging EHR and engagement data.
• Manage delivery of features across patient-facing channels and clinician-facing SMART on FHIR apps.
• Use data to measure impact and iteratively improve tool effectiveness.

📋 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in Product Management for SaaS or healthcare technology.
• Deep understanding and prior success in driving consumer or patient behavior.
• Proven track record of implementing ML capabilities within a product ecosystem.
• Familiarity with generative AI technology such as prompt engineering and MCP.

• Firm grasp on email SMS logistics (reputation scores, etc.).
• Experience with Agile, Lean, or Scrum software development processes.
• Ability to meaningfully engage in design discussions with software developers.
