💼 About This Role

You'll own the FP&A operating system at a next-generation power company, managing the corporate model, annual plan, and monthly cadence. You'll partner with the Head of Finance, capital markets, and CEO on investor positioning and strategic decisions. This role sits at the center of finance and business operations, driving capital allocation controls and long-range planning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the integrated corporate model with project finance vehicles
• Run the annual operating plan and quarterly refresh process
• Manage monthly FP&A cadence, reviews, and 13-week cash forecast
• Design internal controls for capital allocation and vendor contracts

📋 Requirements

• Investment banking or corporate FP&A experience
• Built and owned an integrated 3-statement model in production
• Run a real AOP and monthly operating cadence at scale
• Comfortable with board materials and investor communication

✨ Nice to Have

• SQL fluency or willingness to learn quickly
• Experience with BI tools like Omni or Looker
• NetSuite ERP experience
