🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day campaign operations including budgets and timelines
• Support creator sourcing, contracting, and campaign management
• Mentor and develop at least one Campaign Executive
• Lead internal and external meetings with brand and creator knowledge

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years agency or brand experience
• Team management experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of social media advertising ecosystem
