You'll manage your own caseload of recovery claims, providing guidance to junior team members. You'll shape processes as we scale and make commercially-minded settlement decisions. This role offers autonomy and the chance to drive change in a tech-powered claims team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage own caseload of recovery claims with cost control
• Prepare allegations and pursue recoveries proactively
• Provide guidance and technical support to junior team members
• Make settlement strategy decisions, including discontinuation

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of motor claims recovery experience
• Experience working in a fast-growing team
• Ability to help others deliver in their role

• Experience with litigation processes
• Experience in subrogation
• Knowledge of total loss calculations
