🎯 What You'll Do
- Partner with proven brokers to advise clients on commercial real estate investments
- Build and maintain a network of potential investors and property owners
- Identify profit opportunities for clients in shopping centers, offices, and industrial complexes
📋 Requirements
- Must obtain a CA Real Estate Salesperson or broker license
- Proven ability to achieve goals and 'hustle' in a sales environment
- Willingness to work on a 100% commission-only basis
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
