🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with proven brokers to advise clients on commercial real estate investments
  • Build and maintain a network of potential investors and property owners
  • Identify profit opportunities for clients in shopping centers, offices, and industrial complexes

📋 Requirements

  • Must obtain a CA Real Estate Salesperson or broker license
  • Proven ability to achieve goals and 'hustle' in a sales environment
  • Willingness to work on a 100% commission-only basis
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
