💼 About This Role

As a Keyholder, you'll lead the Rothy’s Experience in our Greenwich store, blending exceptional customer service with store operations. You'll coach team members on the sales floor and act as Manager on Duty to ensure brand standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive personal and team sales through the Rothy’s Experience
• Coach team members on service and selling behaviors
• Build lasting customer relationships via clienteling
• Assist with in-store events and activations

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience
• Proven ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service
• Experience supporting operational tasks like merchandising or stockroom
• Ability to stand/walk entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs
