Requirements
- 10+ years in healthcare technology, consulting, enterprise software, or client-facing roles
- Background in sales engineering, consulting, client services, or enterprise sales with strong technical and healthcare familiarity
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data into executive-ready narratives
- Creative problem-solver with strong analytical skills and comfort in fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Sales Engineering team, setting operating model and performance standards
- Own technical and value storytelling, ensuring team mastery of demos, workflows, integrations, and ROI frameworks
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery leadership on commercialization strategy and resource allocation
- Provide senior oversight on complex enterprise deals, guiding solution design and risk mitigation
- Drive structured feedback loop with Product and Commercial Strategy to influence roadmap and ensure field readiness
