Description

You'll provide one-to-one care to clients in their homes, performing assessments, monitoring conditions, and documenting care. You'll build meaningful relationships with clients and enjoy flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing in Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to one client per shift
• Follow and document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Build client relationships and track milestones
