💼 About This Role

You'll own the seller success experience for Tilt's live commerce platform across multiple markets. You'll resolve tickets hands-on while building the infrastructure (playbooks, macros, dashboards) to prevent issues from recurring. Your insights will directly shape product and operational improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end seller success across GB, ES, IT, PL markets
• Triage, resolve, and respond to seller tickets in Zendesk
• Build macros, escalation paths, SLAs, and categorisation taxonomies
• Create and maintain seller-facing knowledge base and help centre articles

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years in seller success, support, or operations at a marketplace or platform
• Experience configuring Zendesk or similar ticketing tool
• Ability to spot patterns in ticket data and prioritise fixes
• Strong written communication for help centre articles and ticket responses

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting sellers on a marketplace or platform
• Familiarity with live commerce, collectibles, sneakers, or trading cards
• Experience with multilingual seller success across international markets
