🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead the people analytics and innovation strategy.
• Design and deploy AI-powered tools using Python and SQL.
• Create executive-level dashboards and data visualizations.
• Build, hire, and mentor a small analytics team.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in people analytics or related fields
• 3+ years leading or managing analytics teams
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL
• Experience building AI/ML solutions end-to-end

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs, GenAI APIs, or NLP
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field
