You'll lead an Options Engineering team of ~7 engineers, owning a Rust-native systematic options trading platform. Your work will drive continuous improvement in automated quoting, execution, risk controls, and production reliability. This role stands out for its blend of technical leadership and direct impact on trading infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow an Options Engineering team of around 7 engineers
• Own and evolve an existing Rust-native systematic options trading platform
• Provide technical direction across trading infrastructure and risk controls
• Partner with trading, quant, product, risk, and infrastructure stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in systematic trading or options market-making
• Strong hands-on experience with Rust, C++, or C
• Experience building or maintaining low-latency trading systems
• Experience working with SQL databases in production (PostgreSQL preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with gRPC and Node.js
• Experience with crypto exchange connectivity or FPGA technologies
• Knowledge of functional testing and production-grade validation practices
