π― What You'll Do
- Own and optimize Salesforce and Pardot/Account Engagement systems including lead lifecycle
- Design marketing automation programs like lead scoring, nurture campaigns, and MQL automation
- Build end-to-end attribution and reporting across campaigns, website, and paid media
- Manage GA4 tracking infrastructure, event tracking, and conversion measurement
π Requirements
- 7+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or marketing automation
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and Pardot/Account Engagement or similar platforms
- Experience building lead lifecycle models, automation workflows, and campaign operations
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation metrics and attribution modeling
