💼 About This Role

You'll be part of a team dedicated to maintaining one-of-a-kind residences. Your core impact is ensuring excellent resident experiences through timely service tickets and preventative maintenance. You'll also earn your EPA 608 certification paid by Bozzuto after one year.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs
• Preserve building beauty and safety via general upkeep and grounds maintenance
• Provide outstanding customer service and respond to on-call emergencies

📋 Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trades education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call rotation and emergency situations
• Ability to exert 25-50 pounds of force frequently
