You'll oversee end-to-end operations of delivery-only sites for a global commerce leader. Your core impact is optimizing productivity and cost control while ensuring safety and compliance. This role balances strategic decision-making with hands-on site presence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive site KPIs and enforce SOP compliance through coaching.
• Maintain physical presence ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.
• Manage regional P&L, controlling labor and OpEx.
• Lead stakeholder relationships with brand partners and senior leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 3–4 years of F&B, FMCG, or Grocery experience in Area or Regional Management.
• Proven total ownership mindset accountable for site standards and stock accuracy.
• Expert at managing P&L with focus on operational expenditure.
• Ability to craft concise narratives for WBR/MBR reports.

• Experience in a first-party delivery environment.
• UAE regulatory knowledge (DM, ADAFSA, Civil Defence).
