You'll join BAYADA's accredited LPN Nurse Residency Program in St. Paul, MN, with paid training and support. You'll provide home care nursing while benefiting from award-winning simulation labs and 24/7 clinical mentorship. This role offers flexible schedules and a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes
• Document patient care using electronic charting (Cubhub)
• Participate in hands-on training and simulation labs
• Collaborate with clinical mentors and team members

📋 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Pending licensure with NCLEX date if not yet licensed
