You'll support strategic growth and operational excellence of customer acquisition initiatives at FanDuel. You'll drive impact across alternative acquisition channels, promotional operations, and customer experience optimization while working with cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize acquisition channels including Refer-a-Friend and Cross-Sell
• Manage end-to-end promotional operations and creative requests
• Gather insights to identify user pain points and develop improvement plans
• Support testing and implementation of onboarding experience optimizations

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in growth marketing or customer acquisition
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Analytics preferred
• Experience with promotional operations and campaign management
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and analytics tools

• Knowledge of sports or experience in regulated industry
