Lead and manage the analytics function for a pharma-focused media planning and buying group. You will drive measurement strategy, deliver actionable insights, and mentor a team of data analysts while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance analytics capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data/Analytics, Advertising/Marketing, or Business preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience analyzing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns
  • Strong expertise in digital media ecosystem, ad serving and reporting tools (GCM/DV360)
  • Experience with analytics applications like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, Datorama
  • Proficiency in creating dashboards and custom reports with visualization techniques
