💼 About This Role

You'll lead global accounting operations for a growing technology and SaaS company, reporting to the CFO. You will drive process automation and scalable systems while ensuring accuracy and compliance across international entities. This role offers the opportunity to transform manual workflows into efficient, technology-enabled solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead monthly close and consolidation across global entities.
• Drive automation and process improvement in accounting workflows.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and statutory reports.
• Manage technical accounting, audits, and internal controls.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or equivalent certification.
• Progressive experience in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and multi-entity accounting.

• Public accounting experience (Big 4) with tech clients.
• Experience leading ERP implementations or systems transformations.
• M&A accounting diligence and integration experience.
