💼 About This Role

You'll own the product vision for the Transparency platform at a federally chartered crypto bank. You'll set strategy for compliance and billing products that enable regulated crypto services across multiple entities. This role offers a chance to build an internal platform powering multi-jurisdiction institutional crypto.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define roadmap and prioritize across four squads in Transparency.
• Ship API contracts for other product teams to consume Transparency services.
• Drive go-to-market and adoption metrics for Transparency as an internal platform.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Engineering.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience including compliance or financial crimes products.
• People management experience leading senior PMs across multiple squads.
• Deep financial crimes / compliance product expertise with KYC/KYB, AML, sanctions screening, or travel rule.
• Platform product experience with internal platform or external API products.

✨ Nice to Have

• Led compliance product org at a crypto exchange or digital asset bank.
• Experience with crypto-specific compliance challenges like on-chain analytics.
• Background in engineering.
