Description

You will lead and own the entire finance function across Pursuit's nonprofit, PBC, and innovative Pursuit Bond entities, shaping financial strategy, building models, and ensuring disciplined planning and reporting to power long-term growth and sustainability.

Requirements

• Prior experience leading a lean finance team in an operating environment
• Background in investment banking, strategic finance, or capital markets
• Ability to build and refine core financial models and run scenarios
• Experience managing liquidity and capital structure
• Strong operational rigor and hands-on leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and planning, setting budgets and building decision-driving models
• Manage all financial operations including cash flow, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Own forecasting, modeling, and cash management with rolling forecasts and liquidity oversight
• Drive revenue operations oversight ensuring pipeline, projects, and collections alignment
• Build financial reporting for internal leadership, Board meetings, and funder deliverables
