Requirements

• Experience in a high compliance food processing facility (USDA, FDA)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in G Suite/Google Workspace
• Bilingual English/Spanish required

Responsibilities

• Monitor food production and ensure chef compliance with food safety regulations
• Perform refrigeration, chemical concentration, and temperature checks
• Conduct daily facility compliance walks and corrective actions
• Collaborate with Kitchen Ops, Supply Chain, and Maintenance on food safety issues
• Perform facility and department audits
