Description
You will lead the QA strategy for Netcracker's BSS platforms, ensuring high-quality delivery of telecom solutions. You will own end-to-end quality across customer engagements, support sales activities, and manage a global QA organization.
Requirements
- 12+ years in QA with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Strong experience in telecom BSS systems (billing, CRM, order management)
- Proven track record in customer-facing roles including escalations and UAT cycles
- Experience supporting sales/pre-sales activities (RFPs, demos, client discussions)
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and DevOps practices
Responsibilities
- Define and execute QA vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Own end-to-end delivery accountability for QA across multiple BSS programs and customer engagements
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing QA organization (manual, automation, performance, test data)
- Establish quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks tied to customer outcomes and SLAs
- Act as QA representative in customer engagements including demos, UAT, and escalations
