You'll consult customers on cannabis product selection and serve as an ambassador for the company's mission to normalize and professionalize cannabis. You'll handle the full customer lifecycle from check-in to checkout while ensuring compliance with state regulations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and build relationships through attentive listening
• Assist customers in selecting cannabis products with consultative approach
• Verify documentation and process orders accurately in Point of Sale system
• Maintain inventory counts and organize sales floor displays

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year customer service experience
• Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
