You'll join Cribl's centralized data organization to build predictive models and advanced analytics that guide strategic decisions across Finance, GTM, and People teams. You'll turn rich datasets into forward-looking insights, contributing to a Foresight First vision. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end data science initiatives from scoping through implementation.
• Build and operationalize machine learning models in production.
• Evaluate model performance and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses using advanced statistical methods.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or applied statistics at a software company.
• Strong background in experiment design and causal inference.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills with cloud data warehouse experience.
• Proven ownership of end-to-end ML solutions from problem framing to deployment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows including LLMs.
• Experience providing mentorship to junior team members.
• Background in recommendation systems or classification models.
