- 7-9 years of experience in SaaS renewals, customer success, or revenue operations.
- Proven ability to lead high-volume renewal operations in a subscription-based business.
- Experience managing globally distributed teams, especially offshore.
- Strong operational excellence and analytical skills with process design.
