💼 About This Role

You'll lead the strategy and roadmap for Arketa's payments and financial infrastructure, building tools that power how studios and wellness creators get paid. Your work will directly enable millions in transactions and help scale a category-defining platform. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams in a fast-paced, high-growth Series A startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for payments and financial infrastructure.
• Build and optimize payout, invoicing, refund, and subscription billing tools.
• Drive product discovery through user interviews and data analysis.
• Partner with GTM teams to launch and iterate on financial products.

📋 Requirements

• 3-6+ years of Product Management experience in fintech or payments.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs and payment processors.
• Experience with external payment platforms like Stripe or Plaid.
• Proven ability to simplify complex financial systems into intuitive products.
