Description

You will lead and manage aerospace projects from scope development through closeout, ensuring customer satisfaction, budget control, and quality delivery. You'll coordinate with design teams, contractors, and clients, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Progressive experience and education in project management
• Ability to handle non-routine, complex assignments with independent judgment
• Knowledge of project scope, goals, and customer expectations
• Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and reporting
• Construction site visit capability for progress review and reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects to meet customer program, expectations, and firm's mission
• Develop project scope, proposals, contracts, budgets, and schedules
• Lead and coordinate project teams, communicate with customers, contractors, and agencies
• Prepare project status reports, maintain documentation, and manage risk
• Supervise and mentor project administrators and trainees
