• Review closing documents for proper execution
• Send loan packages via loan origination system
• Prepare wire transfers for disbursement
• Manage loan queue and meet closing deadlines

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years in residential mortgage lending
• Knowledge of post-closing and QA practices

• Foreign national loan underwriting experience
