🎯 What You'll Do

• Research new accounts and gather onboarding documentation.
• Configure policies and workflows in the ABC Legal platform.
• Define success metrics and risk mitigation plans with clients.
• Lead discovery meetings and provide status updates throughout onboarding.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in project management or client onboarding
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• CRM and project management tool experience
