Description

You will oversee daily operations in a vehicle reconditioning center, leading a team of up to 70 associates in a lean manufacturing environment. Your focus will be on meeting quality, production, and cost objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high employee engagement.

Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the Inspection Center
• Mentor and hold direct reports accountable; develop succession plans
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and performance metrics
• Recruit, select, orient, and train supervisory staff
• Lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts
