💼 About This Role

You'll own and transform the Commerce Systems domain spanning POS and Ecommerce, replacing manual workflows with AI-powered automations. You'll serve as the primary bridge among stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver documented, automated, self-sustaining systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce AI-assisted BRDs, SOWs, process maps, and training content.
• Own and automate end-to-end Commerce workflows across POS and Ecommerce.
• Document and coordinate API/integration mappings between platforms.
• Lead system change management, UAT, and stakeholder communication.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Business Process & Change Management
• AI tools proficiency (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) as daily workflow
• POS & Ecommerce experience with Shopify or RetailCloud
• API & data integration working knowledge

✨ Nice to Have

• Legacy-to-modern migration experience
• Vendor management with SOW accountability
