You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist in daily operations. You'll help meet sales targets and ensure fans get the merch they love.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product
• Pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
