Description

You will lead a product team in Business Apps developing best-in-class solutions for Front Office domains like Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, and Commerce. You'll define the product strategy, work closely with customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to productize scalable use cases using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years in operational Front Office functions, Solution Engineering, Enterprise CX Software, or CX Analyst roles
• Deep understanding of CRM, Sales and Service Automation, Marketing and Commerce Platforms
• Comprehensive knowledge of CX market and industry trends
• Strong expertise in product development and go-to-market strategies with successful product launches
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams with outstanding stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product managers, defining product strategy and roadmap for the Front Office domain
• Work with customers to understand pain points in Procurement and adjacent areas
• Oversee product development lifecycle from ideation to scaling solutions
• Collaborate with platform product managers and engineers to influence feature development
• Define user experience with UX team and align across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Value Engineering, and Sales
