🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build the referral program rules engine
• Own the franchise lead attribution pipeline
• Build and evolve the lead monetization model
• Maintain and extend the broker matching partner API

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years developing software applications with Go or Java
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven systems
• 3+ years using AWS or cloud technologies
• Proficiency designing and implementing microservices

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with rules engines or business logic systems
• Hands-on experience with revenue attribution or financial data pipelines
• Multi-entity or franchise platform experience
