You'll help build and evolve a platform that gives IT leaders real-time visibility into SaaS usage and spend. You'll contribute to solving challenges of modern work by building scalable solutions. This role is remote within Canada and the US with a startup-minded, collaborative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development, testing, and debugging of production software systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with requirements.
• Mentor earlier-career developers through guidance and code reviews.
• Drive technical design and improvements to performance and scalability.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Expertise in .NET/C# with deep framework understanding
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB
• Experience with testing methodologies and debugging

• Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, or React
• Ability to pick up new languages quickly
