💼 About This Role

You'll teach behavioral and social skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting using evidence-based ABA therapy. Your work will directly help kiddos communicate and thrive. You'll receive paid training and mentorship to launch your career in behavior therapy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral and social skills in 1:1 sessions
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record kiddo progress in Central Reach system
• Assist with BCBA assessments

📋 Requirements

• Consistent availability Monday through Friday
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• RBT/CBT certification within 60 days of employment
• High school diploma or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT/CBT certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
