- Co-develop success plans with customers and Account Executives
- Track milestone progress and escalate blockers
- Lead executive business reviews with adoption metrics
- Build organizational maps and identify expansion opportunities
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in program management or enterprise customer success in B2B SaaS
- Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Executive-ready communication skills for senior stakeholders
- Experience in developer tooling or API platforms
