  • Co-develop success plans with customers and Account Executives

  • 8+ years in program management or enterprise customer success in B2B SaaS
  • Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Executive-ready communication skills for senior stakeholders
  • Experience in developer tooling or API platforms
